Todd represents owners of closely held businesses in the sale of their companies to financial and strategic buyers. He has worked on many large transactions, including the largest private equity acquisition in Utah history ($2B+), but generally represent owners in sales of companies with enterprise values between $10 million and $100 million. These transactions usually involve complicated diligence, structuring, tax, negotiation and documentation issues. He also advises public and private buyers on acquisitions of private targets having values of $10 million to $100 million, and helps companies with debt and equity financings.

Justin is an Audit Manager providing assurance services for clients in a variety of industries.  Justin has nearly four years of public accounting experience and has developed expertise in several key areas including the evaluation and design of internal controls, GAAP accounting, and financial reporting, among others. Justin has provided assurance and consulting services to both private and public entities.

Prior to joining CBIZ MHM, LLC, Justin was a Senior Associate at a regional firm in Salt Lake City. Justin holds memberships in the AICPA and UACPA organizations.
