Veracity Solutions announces Marva Sadler as new President and CEO

September 7th, 2017

Veracity Solutions, helping leaders and makers of software create better software every time through Blendsourcing™, announces the appointment of Marva Sadler as President and CEO, effective immediately.

Sadler has been Veracity’s Chief Financial Officer since October 2012. In January of 2017 she also assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer. Additionally, Sadler brings a wealth of prior experience to Veracity, where she has held C-level executive and President roles at a number of fast-growing companies such as Bain & Company, Marakon Associates and Franklin Covey.

“I’m excited for this new opportunity,” says Sadler. “During the past five years, we’ve built a strong, cohesive executive team and company. We have a solid client base, strong momentum and excellent financial performance. We are well positioned to provide our current and potential clients with better software, people, and processes, every time.”

Galen Murdock, Veracity’s founder and previous CEO, will continue his role as Chairman of the Board.

“I am looking forward to this next phase of Veracity’s development”, says Murdock. “We’ve been planning this succession for some time, and with Veracity’s robust growth and strong team, this is the perfect time to take Veracity to the next level. Our consultants have looked up to Marva for years, and wholeheartedly support this decision. Marva’s deep experience and understanding of Veracity and our clients will ensure continued success.”

For nearly two decades, software organizations have relied on Veracity’s expert teams of developers, user experience specialists, Agile coaches, product managers and strategists to overcome release delays, missed expectations and cost overruns, turning underperforming projects into strong, high-value successes.
