Former Cornerstone Executive Doug Leonard Joins as Chief Sales Officer and LinkedIn Marketer Diana Kucer as Chief Marketing Officer

SALT LAKE CITY, March 7, 2017 — HireVue, the leading provider of video intelligence solutions that help top global companies identify the best talent, faster, today announced the additions of Doug Leonard as Chief Sales Officer (CSO) and Diana Kucer as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). Leonard and Kucer’s appointments round out a seasoned executive team poised to drive continued growth in the company’s new fiscal year and beyond, building on a year of record bookings in 2017.

A proven sales leader in the talent management SaaS industry, Leonard joins HireVue as the company’s first CSO, having previously served as vice president of enterprise sales at Cornerstone OnDemand. In his more than 15 years of experience, he has created cohesive sales organizations via high-value team coaching to meet and exceed company growth quotas. His background also includes lead sales roles at Ceridian and ADP.
Meanwhile, as HireVue’s new CMO, Kucer drives HireVue’s brand and product marketing initiatives worldwide. Among her priorities will be driving growth for HireVue Assessments solutions. Most recently, she served as director of global product marketing at LinkedIn, where she created, launched and drove the success of LinkedIn Sales Navigator as a founding member of the LinkedIn Sales Solutions unit. Earlier in her career, Kucer spent several years driving a variety of innovative in-product channel marketing programs for Intuit’s Small Business Group. In addition, she brings to the company many years of startup marketing experience across the tech industry.
